If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on which one has the items available sooner. In some cases, if an item is in high demand or on backorder, we may ship your items separately to ensure you get them as quickly as possible, without any delays!
We believe in making things easy for you! All our orders are shipped with insured shipping, so if your package gets delayed, returned, or lost during transit, we’ve got you covered. While the postal service is beyond our control, we’ll either resend your order with updated tracking details, if possible, or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you receive a product that’s damaged or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and get in touch with us immediately. You can email us at care@geeklane.in with your Order ID, or call us at +91-9403891130, (Monday to Saturday, 12PM to 6PM).
We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up for the damaged item and send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. Just make sure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the item.
No worries! If you miss your delivery, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost.
However, for refused deliveries or orders missed intentionally, re-shipping fees is to be borne by the customer on actuals!
