  • Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹600.
  • Prepaid Orders:  Shipped the same or the next working day and delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • COD Orders:  Confirmed via call before dispatch and shipped the same or the next working day.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during regular working hours. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, we only work with reputed courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, EKart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, etc.

How are Delivery Charges Calculated?

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹600 within India! Orders below ₹600 will incur a nominal shipping fee at checkout.
  • Inclusive Prices: All our prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), and Geeklane is fully GST-compliant as per Government of India regulations.

How Long Does It Take for an Order to Arrive?

  • Express Delivery: All online prepaid orders are shipped with express delivery, arriving within 2-5 working days.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1PM are dispatched the same working day.
  • COD Orders: These require confirmation and may take an extra day for processing.

Most orders reach you within 2-5 working days from dispatch, so you won’t have to wait long!

Delivery Time Frame from Dispatch Date

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 2-5 working days.
  • Other Locations: Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination.
  • COD Orders: These may take 3-6 working days to deliver, as additional time is needed for processing at the shipping company’s end.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an AWB number within 1-2 days. Use this number to track your order on our Tracking Page.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses, depending on which one has the items available sooner. In some cases, if an item is in high demand or on backorder, we may ship your items separately to ensure you get them as quickly as possible, without any delays!

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in Transit?

We believe in making things easy for you! All our orders are shipped with insured shipping, so if your package gets delayed, returned, or lost during transit, we’ve got you covered. While the postal service is beyond our control, we’ll either resend your order with updated tracking details, if possible, or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

What if I receive the product in damaged condition?

If you receive a product that’s damaged or if the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and get in touch with us immediately. You can email us at care@geeklane.in with your Order ID, or call us at +91-9403891130, (Monday to Saturday, 12PM to 6PM).

We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up for the damaged item and send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. Just make sure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the item. 

What happens if I miss my delivery or do not accept it?

No worries! If you miss your delivery, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost.

However, for refused deliveries or orders missed intentionally, re-shipping fees is to be borne by the customer on actuals!
